When Worlds Collide by Kudos707 When Worlds Collide by Kudos707
There was only one order given: "Protect the TARDIS, at all costs."

What everyone thought was impossible had happened: some how the greatest enemies ever faced had formed an alliance in order to re-shape the galaxy how they saw fit. A single, unifying goal to strive for perfection. Now the terrifying armies of the Borg Collective, Daleks, and Reapers wage a massive compaign across the cosmos. Their first directive: wipe out the Federation and kill the Doctor.

The Doctor, 10th into his regeneration cycle and the most famous Child of Gallifrey, pulled together a coalition force led by the Flagship of Stafleet, the U.S.S Enterprise, and the System Alliance's most famous ship the SR2 Normandy. All the bad things that were happening, all the deaths that were occurring, the Doctor promised he could fix it. He just wanted everyone to trust him. With Federation territory slowly dwindling and the Borg slowly closing in on the wormhole between here and Commander Shepard's universe, they were quick to help.
Within mere moments of the battle, heavy losses were sustained on all sides. The Starships Hood, Goodson and Lexington were lost in the first assault, but their sacrifice enabled the destruction of the first Borg Cube. One remained, but two more were closing in-system. Federation weapons made easy pickings of Reaper forces, and in short time the sentient starships were on the brink of defeat. But then the Doctor's most hated enemy, the Daleks, swooped in with massive reinforcements.
With the TARDIS phasing out of reality and back into the Time Vortex, the Doctor picked up one last transmission from the U.S.S Enterprise, "All hands abandon ship."

Well here it is, my latest and greatest big project! I had such an inspiration to put this all together since becoming a fan of Doctor Who! I have to say, crossovers are fun! Screw your Fourth Wall. Admittedly it could use some touch-up work, but overall I'm very proud of what I accomplished here. I'm so damn happy I could find a 3D mesh for the Reaper and the Daleks or this wouldn't have been possible in the way I wanted it to be.

You should have included the original Galactica. This sort of take-over would have been right up the Cylons' alley.

Ifd you ever do a planetside sequel, you should include the Martian war machines from "War of the Worlds" then since they always operated in 3s.

I had considered it. But the biggest factor would be that I can't find a model of it. And evil comes in 3's, so...

Nope, no feelings what so ever for Babylon 5. Never watched it anyway. Like I said, not everyone's favorite shows/villians will be in here. Only ones I thought were relevant and shared similar goals.

Oh wow, that's wonderful! I've been a Whovian for about a year now, and I totally remember how exciting it was being a new fan of the show! I miss David Tennant as well. :( He was such a great Doctor!

He definitely was. He's my Doctor, since he's the one I started with, and overall Tennant is such a great actor. His transitions between emotions is so fluid and sudden at the same time, he really does it well. Here's how I see it: the 9th Doctor was the last of the Doctors who weren't afraid to slap your shit around. Eccelston's Doctor was very emotionall-intensive, he was a great Doctor. Then we get Tennant, and you can tell he's trying to be more forgiving and merciful with everything, but still isn't afraid to knock someone down. 9th and 10th Doctor's portrayed emotion so well, I honestly cried a bit at the end of The End of Time.

Now we have Matt Smith. He's a pretty good actor, but he can't get on the same level of intense emotion as his predecessors can. He's just a goofy Doctor, while Tennant was a random awesomeness. Two seasons of Smith and we don't have any real major moments for him to shine. I blame Steven Moffat though, for almost completely re-writing the show and basically giving the middle finger to the previous 4 seasons before Smith.

Jesus, I haven't been a Whovian for a month and look how much I've analyzed it!

Hehe, ALL Whovians find themselves analyzing the show to someone at some point, usually very early on! I have done the same many, many times!
In my opinion, though Tennant was the best, Matt and Moffat live up very well to what Doctor who is and what it should be. Moffat has annoyed me many times by seemingly dismissing ideas, characters, and story-lines from previous seasons, yes. But, he still writes brilliant stories both in the old and new doctor's eras that are at the core, still very Doctor Who. Matt's Doctor is different than some of our previous Doctor's that we've gotten used to. He is distract-able, goofy, forgetful, and at times downright bonkers. But he is also full of heart, ancient sorrows, joy at the wonders of the universe, love, compassion, and curiosity, the same traits that have made up every Doctor since the first. He is still clever and funny. He often figures things out or notices the little things faster than his predecessors. He has his own good points, like the way he can roll so quickly from one situation to the next while not loosing sight of the importance of the events that just happened. He has his own faults, like the way he's used his own legacy to scare his enemies to the point where their fear of him has fueled their attempts to do away with him, as well as do things to those he loves in order to get to him
Yes, David was probably the best Doctor we'll ever have. But I think Matt is amazing too! And Moffat is a good writer.
I'm not saying I completely disagree with everything you're saying. In fact, at first, I didn't really like Matt either. Then I gave myself some time to get used to him and I liked him just fine. He does get his moments to shine, everything from his first episode in which he called the Atraxi back to earth just to scold them, to the moments when he outwitted an entire army of weeping angels, all the way to finding a harmless way out of his FIXED POINT death.
And, wow, I just went and analyzed one of the Doctors, didn't I? I love talking with whovians!
We should totally do this more often!
So, what's your opinion on Donna? She's my favorite companion from the new series! (My favorite of all time is Sarah Jane!)

Same here! I like Smith's goofy portrayal of the 11th Doctor, and Moffat can write some good episodes, but I dislike that he won't reference the past seasons beyond a few holograms and the 10th Doctor's control room. I want the 11th to meet up with Martha and Mickey again, or at the very least Captain Jack Harness!

So he does find a way out? I kind of figured, BUT I'M NOT THERE YET! SPOILERS!

Um, for favorite companion I'm torn between Martha and Rose. Obviously we can't ever see the real rose again, but she was a gentle touch to the Doctor. martha had a similar can-do attitude that Tennant's Doctor had. Donna Noble...I thought I was going to hate her at first because of her personality, but she was really good at helping the Doctor out and keeping him in line. Her good traits bled into the Doctor. It was sad to see her get the short end of the stick at the end of the 4th season. She remembers him, and her mind burns. Rose got the middle of the stick, sure she's stuck in an alternate dimension that can't be opened to again, but hey she has her own copy of the Tennant Doctor. Martha got the best part of it. Back in her own timeline, married to Mickey, and finally became a doctor herself. Donna is actually a lot like Amy, stern and able to keep the doctor in line. Amy was just a little bit more curious about everything.

Ooooo, I am SO SORRY! I did NOT mean to spoil anything. Sorry sorry sorry!
I think Rose is the most lucky. She gets her own personal Doctor. Then Martha (who I would really, really like if she hadn't just walked out on the Doctor at the end) and then there's Donna. Oh man, poor poor Donna!
In all actuality, I would LOVE it if 11 met Wilf! Wilf was such a wonderful, real character. The Doctor should come back to see him again. But banning that, yes, I would love a reunion with Martha and Mickey. Maybe Jack. I'm not a huge fan of Jack. *shrugs*

haha it's okay I'm just messing with you. obviously if Matt Smith is signed on until 2014 he's going to live. But at least you didn't tell me how he did it.
I thought Jack was funny. And since he's a Scottish-American actor, we got a little America in there somewhere. Plus he was a good ice-breaker and comic relief. Different kind of comic-relief from Tennant. I forgot about Wilf. Damn, the 11th Doctor needs to check in on Wilf. That man was amazing, and he was legitimately heart broken when the Doctor left. But they purposely won't because he told Wilf that he was going to die, not die and regenerate. That was their subtly way of saying "we're not bringing Wilf back". Of course, I think the 10th Doctor thought he really was going to die too.
